By using Snap Chain, you agree to these terms of use.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Snap Chain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.
Description of Service
Snap Chain is an AI image generation application that allows you to upload photos and receive AI-generated images based on your uploads. The service processes your uploaded photos through third-party AI services to generate new images.
Use of Service
You may use Snap Chain for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To upload photos containing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- To upload photos of individuals without their consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
- To upload photos containing copyrighted material without authorization
- To upload photos for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Photo Uploads
By uploading photos to Snap Chain, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You own the photos you upload or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions
- You have consent from any individuals whose faces or likenesses appear in uploaded photos
- Uploaded photos may contain personal information, including faces
- Your photos will be temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2 for up to 7 days
- Your photos will be shared with fal.ai for AI image generation processing
- Your photos will be automatically deleted after 7 days
- URLs provided to third-party services may become invalid after the 7-day retention period
Third-Party Services
Snap Chain uses third-party services, including:
- Cloudflare R2: For temporary photo storage
- fal.ai: For AI image generation processing
You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
- The Snap Chain service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of nufrnd and its licensors
- You retain ownership of photos you upload
- AI-generated images created through the service are provided for your use, subject to these terms
Data Retention and Deletion
- Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 7 days
- URLs provided to third-party services become invalid after 7 days
- You are responsible for saving any generated images you wish to keep before the retention period expires
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Snap Chain immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall nufrnd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
