AI Video Generator is an AI content generation and editing application that allows you to upload photos/images and videos, submit text prompts, and receive AI-generated or AI-edited results. The service processes your content through third-party AI services to provide requested outputs.

Use of Service

You may use AI Video Generator for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To upload media or prompts containing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• To upload media depicting or involving minors or underage individuals; such content is strictly prohibited
• To upload media of individuals without their consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To upload media containing copyrighted material without authorization
• To upload media for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

Media Uploads

By uploading photos/images and videos, and by submitting prompts to AI Video Generator, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You own the content you upload or submit, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions
• You have consent from any individuals whose faces or likenesses appear in uploaded media
• Uploaded media may contain personal information, including faces
• Your uploaded media may be temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2 for up to 30 days
• Your media and prompts may be sent through our servers to third-party providers for generation/editing processing
• Your uploaded media will be automatically deleted after the retention period
• Temporary URLs provided to third-party services may become invalid after the retention period

Third-Party Services

AI Video Generator uses third-party services, including:

• Cloudflare: For server infrastructure, content delivery, and temporary Cloudflare R2 storage
• Google Cloud: For AI processing and infrastructure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For AI processing and infrastructure
• fal.ai: For image editing and video generation
• Replicate: For video generation

You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

AI-Generated Content

This app uses artificial intelligence to generate videos. You acknowledge that:

• Generated videos are created by AI and may not be unique
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Generated videos are provided for your use, subject to these terms

Intellectual Property

• The AI Video Generator service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of nufrnd and its licensors
• You retain ownership of videos and images you upload
• AI-generated videos created through the service are provided for your use, subject to these terms

Data Retention and Deletion

• Uploaded photos/images and videos are automatically deleted after up to 30 days
• Temporary URLs provided to third-party services become invalid after the retention period
• You are responsible for saving any generated videos you wish to keep before the retention period expires

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to AI Video Generator immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall nufrnd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
